How to Prepare Usucha (Thin Tea)
Sift: Add 1–2g (approx. ½ tsp) of matcha into a chawan (tea bowl).
Pour: Add 60–70ml (2–2.5 oz) of hot water cooled to 75–80°C (167–176°F).
Whisk: Using a chasen (bamboo whisk), whisk briskly in a zigzag "W" motion until a fine, creamy foam forms.
Savor: Drink immediately.
